  • Modify UUID field handling to support adding multiple tags.
  • Remove our own Teleport Prompt capability, since core Foundry now provides it.
    • The old "Player Prompt" text is moved to the new core "Revealed Prompt".
    • The old "GM Prompt" text is moved to the new core "Unrevealed Prompt".
