Description

@mishaxz

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
no

Describe the solution you'd like
ability for a rule to expire. e.g. rule is valid for 24 hrs.

Describe alternatives you've considered
none

Additional context

why would this be useful? well... think for example that you are looking at a lot of web sites today.. for specific things.. So you make the rule applicable to everywhere. Normally you would just limit a rule to domain or something in order to not process the page, but in this case you might need the rule to highlight keywords on any page.

However.. you don't want to keep this rule active indefinitely.. it is only today (or next few days) that you are searching for different makes of cars... some like Audi, BMW, Toyota interest you so you want to see these words highlighted on any pages you are looking at during your research window. But after that it is not longer necessary to highlight them so the rule expires and disables itself.
