Backend-only patch: /api/playground/models now merges
fastaiagent.llm.providers.list_presets() with the built-in catalog.
The local UI Playground dropdown now shows all 12 v1.8.0 presets
(Gemini, Groq, OpenRouter, DeepSeek, Together, Fireworks, Perplexity,
Mistral, LM Studio, vLLM, SambaNova, Cerebras) alongside built-ins,
with no UI rebuild required.
