Docs: Links that are not opening from Github overview

• I used the GitHub search to find a similar question and didn't find it.
• I searched the documentation, with the integrated search.
• I already searched in Google "How to X" and didn't find any information.
• I already read and followed all the tutorials in the docs and didn't find an answer.

Description

There are some more links that are broken when trying to open them via the Github overview page.
Within the main README file, the two links provided within # Installation (section) namely:

• activate the project environment and install completion. (which points to) -> https://github.com/fastapi/typer/blob/master/tutorial/install.md#activate-the-virtual-environment.
  This is wrong it should point to: https://github.com/fastapi/typer/blob/master/docs/tutorial/install.md#activate-the-virtual-environment.

• installation guide -> Once again this should also point to: https://github.com/fastapi/typer/blob/master/docs/tutorial/install.md

For both cases it should handle that "docs" add-on, but as already established from my previous discussion #1794, this is not always so easy to do, but from the merged PR #1826, live URL could rather just be used to fix these issues.

I am open to open a PR for these broken links, also fixing any other lingering links in the rest of the documentation if there are any after some investigation!

Update: I see #1862 Also includes broken links, I will add it to that thread and close up this dicsussion when I add it.
