  • Add ECR registry support to platform package
    • Added DefaultECRRegistry constant for FTL's ECR registry (795394005211.dkr.ecr.us-west-2.amazonaws.com)
    • Include ECR registry in default allowed registries list alongside ghcr.io
    • Platform can now process deployments with components from ECR

For Platform Team

The pkg/platform package now allows the FTL ECR registry by default. Update your dependency to this version:

go get github.com/fastertools/ftl-cli@v0.6.7-alpha.0

This resolves the "registry not allowed" errors when processing deployments with ECR-hosted components.
