This remove all float-to-string related functions, so that this repo is specifically dedicated to int-to-string benchmark. The previous repo (https://github.com/fastfloat/float_string_generation_benchmark/) will stay dedicated to float-to-string benchmarks (PR #29 there).
The only breaking-change is that the
-iflag is now removed, since now implicit.
