Missing support for API Gateway "multiValueQueryStringParameters"

It seems aws-lambda-fastify is missing support for "multiValueQueryStringParameters" introduced in API Gateway in November last year.

@adrai You might also want to remove the hack for headers with the same name and add proper support using multiValueHeaders.

@adrai just looked at your code. "multiValueHeaders" can be used in both: request and response. It seems you only added support for them in response, but not in request. Take a look at this blog post. Specifically "Retrieving the headers from the request" section.
