Easier to tell which are used as nested workflows with their own dedicated directory

Edit: not allowed subdirectories in /workflows/, workflows must live in the top level, so have just renamed the workflow file to indicate it is a nesting one. See https://github.com/fastify/workflows/actions/runs/17126543769/workflow
