Record not found: Cannot find user

Built with go version go1.18.10 linux/amd64```

**What happened**

Installed the CLI (on Amazon Linux 2 aarch64), ran profile create and got this error (correct API key in env var).

```bash
$ fastly profile create
✓ Initializing...
✗ Validating token...

ERROR: the Fastly API returned 404 Not Found: Record not found (Cannot find user 'vFM8fFC14VR5be1s1FY9c').

Tried the verbose flag and got nothing else. It's very cryptic and unexpected.

I was unable to replicate this issue.

Are you able to run fastly config and let me know what is set there (be sure to REDACT any sensitive information).
