Description
Summary
Users do not discover the in-app chat feature because its placement (bottom-right corner) and appearance match the common pattern for customer support widgets. Users assume it is support chat, not a meeting query tool.
Impact
Users who would benefit from querying their meeting transcripts via chat never try it. Instead they export transcripts and paste them into external tools (e.g. ChatGPT) for summarization — a workflow the built-in chat already supports.
Suggestion
Reconsider placement, labeling, or onboarding to make it clear this is an AI assistant for querying meeting content, not customer support.
