* README.md:
  - Document multi-window support and live sync shortcut (Ctrl+Shift+N).
  - Add documentation for trash management, collapsible categories, and smart filters.

* App metadata & packaging:
  - Add 0.4 release entry with changelog to metainfo.xml.
  - Bump Flatpak GNOME runtime version to 51 in JSON manifest.
  - Bump project version to 0.4 in meson.build.

* Codebase version constants:
  - Update version string to 0.4 in __init__.py, const.py, and main.py.
