Allow reordering of queued chat prompts (move a prompt up or down in queued order)

New user, loving it so far but one thing I found missing that I would have expected/liked to have seen is the ability to simply reorder the currently queued prompts. If I click the 'next' up arrow deal it impacts all of the enqueued prompts and in reality I just wanted to shuffle the order not necessarily jump the line.

A simple move up/down would go a long way towards optimizing my usage I think and maybe even optimize my token usage since they are typically refinements that would help shape & guide the prompts that follow.
