New features: update command and automatic version check.

Changes:

• Add ibkr update command — detects pipx/pip and runs the appropriate upgrade
• Automatic version check on every command (once per day, cached), prints a hint when a newer version is available
• Auto-create config file on first use — no need to run ibkr profile init manually
• Add AI agent skill for guided setup and trading workflow
• Update README and skill docs
