Task: Embed HSQL Database

Embed the database in a way it is started when Cloud42 is deployed so there is no need to launch it manually any more.

Why not use mysql or postgres? I understand it will be a bit of work to integrate either, but both will run as a system service without any hacking. And they're faster. If you don't care to bother with a system service at this point, sqlite is zero configuration and is instantiated from within your program, so there is no external launch necessary.
