Quote Posts and Reposts

Added the ability to repost and to create quote posts.

To create a repost:

1. Go to the Thread view for the post you want to repost.
2. Click "Repost"
3. The repost will be created and you will be redirected to the created repost.

To create a quote post:

1. Go to the Thread view for the post you want to quote.
2. Click "Quote"
3. Go through the publishing flow as you normally would. The upload screen will display the id of the post being quoted.
