Meeting Notes – Week 4

Agenda:

• Review Week 3 status (CMake build + unit tests + Docker images + docs)
• Define Week 4 objectives (finalization + documentation + release)
• Task distribution for Week 4

Decisions:

• Week 4 will finalize the project deliverables and prepare for final merge to main at the end of Week 4.
• CI must stay green on develop and PRs.
• Docker images will be verified on Docker Hub and tagged for the final release.

Task Ownership (Week 4): -Ahmet Murat Sencay: Wiki completion (Week 4 notes + Decision Log update + Week 4 progress report)

• Mert Ali Mirzanlı: Docker/CI final checks and Week 4 final merge preparation
• Muhammet Ertuğrul Özcan : Any final app fixes needed (based on testing/CI feedback)

Action Items:

• Ahmet Murat Sencay will create Meeting Notes – Week 4 and Week 4 Progress Report pages and update Decision Log.
• Mert Ali Mirzanlı will confirm Docker images/tags and ensure workflows run successfully. -Muhammet Ertuğrul Özcan will address any last-minute issues from CI/tests if they appear.

Verification Notes:

• Docker images were pulled from Docker Hub and verified locally using Docker Compose.
• Application functionality was demonstrated via CLI inside the running container.
• Screenshots and logs were collected as evidence for Week 4 verification. ( in docs/evidance/)
