Maybe we should add a section to the README detailing how to create a certificate, private key, and where to place them if they are using Docker (into the ftpserver/ directory)? How about openssl req -new -newkey rsa:4096 -x509 -sha256 -days 365 -nodes -out cert.pem -keyout key.pem?
Other than that, LGTM!
