β¦ables Removes the hidden `python-dotenv` dependency and `load_dotenv()` from the Python code blocks in the Quick Start section of `README.md`. It adds explicit bash `export` instructions instead, ensuring that the examples are fully self-contained and copy-pasteable, preventing "first-run crashes" for new developers. Also records this insight in `.jules/scribe.md`. Co-authored-by: google-labs-jules[bot] <161369871+google-labs-jules[bot]@users.noreply.github.com>

π‘ What: Removed
load_dotenv()fromREADME.mdPython Quick Start examples and replaced them with explicitexportterminal commands. Created.jules/scribe.mdto document the critical learning.π― Why: If a new developer copies the Python block without first creating a
.envfile, the script crashes with aValueErrorbecauseload_dotenvfails silently if the file is missing butload_configthen throws an error. Alternatively, if they run the script withoutpython-dotenvinstalled, it crashes withModuleNotFoundError.π§ Cognitive Impact: Fixes first-run crash. Eliminates hidden file state dependencies, making the "front door" of the project much smoother.
