subgift badge-info and badges have subscriber 0 in methods

Describe the bug
listener subgift badge-info and badges have subscriber 0 no matter the number of months gifted.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. add subgift listener (I used TMI but any twitch js module should work)
2. add listener function and console log methods.badges and methods["badge-info"]
3. result should be in both subscriber be at 0. if this is expected behaviour then subscriber changes upon setting month in resub.
