Hello,
I tried opening FEBio on my computer this morning which I have had installed for over a month with no issues but then I received an error message saying "C:\Program Files\FEBioStudio\bin\TKMesh/dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc0r90002."

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and received the same message.

I'm sorry to hear you've ran into this issue.

I just tried a fresh installation on my Windows computer with the FBS 3.1 installer, and I can't reproduce this error.
Your error message above mentions "TKMesh/dll". This is not a valid filename. Is that what was actually shown in the error message or is that a typo? Assuming that's a typo, can you please confirm that this file C:\Program Files\FEBioStudio\bin\TKMesh.dll is indeed present on your system?

I understand you already uninstalled and reinstalled, but if the issue persists, try uninstalling one more time. Before you reinstall, check the following:

1. ensure that FEBio is not running on your computer or another version of FEBio Studio
2. Verify that all files in the installation folder are indeed deleted. If anything remains, delete that folder and its contents manually.
3. Also, make sure you don't have any old installations still present or shortcuts that may point to an old installation.

Then, make sure you grab the latest installer for Windows from febio.org. (The downloaded file should be called FEBioStudio_3.1_FEBio_4.12_Windows_installer.zip.) After installation, don't run FEBio Studio from the installer (There is a checkbox on the last page of the installer. Make sure to uncheck that.) Launch FEBio Studio directly from Windows Explorer.

Hopefully, this will get you setup with a clean installation, but let me know what you find.
