Companion addon skills + install-all

Two opt-in, vendor-neutral companion skills now ship as addons, installed by default (opt out with --no-addons / pick with --only <name>):

• parley-worktrees — run parallel Parley sessions / Phase-5 implementers over one git repo via worktrees (sibling ../worktrees, branch discipline, IMPLEMENTATION.md lock manifest, integration-branch merge, cleanup, pitfalls).
• parley-tracker — author epics / user stories / technical subtasks for any tracker (Jira/Linear/GitHub Issues/GitLab/Trello/kanban), readable by business, technical, and AI readers: tracker-as-mirror, one-file three-audience [B]/[T]/[A], hybrid Gherkin/measurable-Verify: acceptance criteria, a tool-enforced no-assumption gap-scan (validate) + claim gate, DoD, and copy-paste templates.

Installer: discoverAddons, install-all-by-default, --no-addons, --only, transparent per-skill output; selection persisted in the core marker so --no-addons/legacy installs stay healthy.

Designed + built + reviewed via Parley Deck itself (ideas addon-skills-research → build-companion-skills). The bundled protocol snapshot's Transport/Created headers are now placeholders (genericity). npm test 77/0.
