Mangling shebangs BRP is in place: We need additional checks

• we should still check ambiguous python and env shebangs, because the introduced brp script might be broken or disabled
• we should however also check the build.log for WARNING: mangling shebang in ... from ...python to ...python2. This will become an ERROR, fix it manually!

Bodhi activation point is scheduled for 2018-03-06. I think nobody checks taskotron results on taskotron itself, but we should have this ready for bodhi updates.
