Run Tests with new interface

ST-Unit-Tests and ST-AGN-Thread-Tests need to be run both locally and remotely and any errors need to be fixed.

SWIG wrapper updates needed to be made to fix the build stage import failures. Current build for local testing: 2.5.30. Chart Updated.
