Major changes in the framework

Major changes throughout the framework. Algorithms have been simplified and new algorithms have been added. A new Greedy strategy has been added to the hybrid algorithms. New examples and new built-in algorithms have been tested. Other minor changes have also been introduced, the previous version is completely obsolete.
