Bugfix release — repairs the 3.8.0 packaging regressions (3.8.0's Linux .deb/Docker image and Windows installer were broken; please use 3.8.1).

Fixes

  • Linux / Docker: the binary failed to start with libonnxruntime.so.1: cannot open shared object file. The ONNX Runtime shared library is now bundled with its SONAME symlinks, so the packaged .deb and Docker image load correctly.
  • Windows: the installer (QtMeshEditor-<version>-setup-Windows.exe) is now attached to releases again — the upload step was looking in the wrong directory and had silently failed since ~3.5.x.

No functional changes beyond the packaging fixes; the 3.8.0 features (AI PBR map synthesis #404, isometric sprite export #724, Cloud scan-report upload #748) are unchanged.
