Connect anything. Run it anywhere.

Wayland 0.9.7 makes the agents you already pay for feel like one app. Sign in, not set up.

New

  • Sign in with X (Grok). One click signs you into your xAI account, no API key to paste. Wayland shows a clear "Signed in with X" state so you are never left guessing.
  • Browser-style tabs and pop-out windows. Run several conversations side by side, or tear one off into its own window.
  • Update pill. When a new version is ready, a pill appears in the title bar. One click to update. You can also check any time from the Wayland menu or Settings.
  • A real Wayland app menu. The macOS menu now reads Wayland, with About, Check for Updates, and Settings where you expect them.
  • Autopilot guardrail. A safety classifier catches catastrophic commands before they run, so hands-off mode stays trustworthy.
  • Slash commands. Author and run your own commands right from the composer.
  • Doctor. A built-in health check that tells you exactly what is connected and what needs attention.
  • More providers, less friction. Added connect flows for NVIDIA NIM, Ollama Cloud, and Moonshot, plus per-provider on/off toggles.

Improved

  • Full mobile and responsive pass. Settings, composer, and every panel now work on a phone.
  • Cleaner providers screen. Flux Router is featured up top, the grid no longer clips, and connected rows lay out properly.
  • Clearer empty states. When no model is connected, Wayland tells you what to do instead of failing quietly.

Fixed

  • A handful of connection and routing bugs across Flux and the model picker.
  • Layout overflow on the connect and reconnect panels.
  • Several reported issues from the tracker (#19, #30, #50, #60, and more).
