Changes
- Fix Elixir 1.14 warning during compilation
- Raise minimum Elixir version to 1.11 similar to other Nerves-related
  libraries. It should still work, but it's no longer verified on CI, and I'm
  no longer supporting issues with earlier Elixir versions.
