Summary

handles libgit2 EOFNL diff marker origins in compact and human diff callbacks
adds conformance coverage so no-trailing-newline marker lines stay on separate lines

Test plan

git diff --check github/main..HEAD
zig build test (blocked locally: zig is not installed in the heartbeat runtime)
