Hey @fgsconsulting, thanks! Yes, it's on the list. I'm looking at it and it'll probably land soon, likely as a command bar (a shortcut, type a few letters, enter opens that icon's menu, arrow keys from there). I'll update here when there's something to try. |

Hey @fgsconsulting, it's out in 0.3.1-beta.5! ⌥⌘K, type a few letters, Return, and the menu opens from the real icon (hidden ones too), arrow keys from there. You can change the shortcut in the settings (General tab). Let me know how it feels! |

So far, Pelmet seems to work really well and is far less buggy than other menu bar managers I've tried on Mac OS 27. However, my favorite feature of most other menu bar managers I've used in the past is the ability for a custom keyboard shortcut to search menu bar items.
As someone who is typically a keyboard first operator I love being able to use "keyboard shortcut" → search query → "enter" and have it access that item's menu where I can use arrow keys to highlight what I need. Hopefully, this is in the works and can be integrated soon.
