Correct page hierarchical breadcrumbs representation

Hi there 👋

I noticed that Filament’s breadcrumbs don’t include the parent navigation items or the navigation group. This feels a bit inconsistent compared to many other dashboards where breadcrumbs usually reflect the full navigation hierarchy.

You can submit a PR for an opt-in method on the panel config object to do this, but you should not change the default behaviour.
