Bug: Selection check box is shown behind tags

The item tags are overlapping the item check boxes in the Tiles layout mode.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Ensure that the Layout mode is set to Tiles.
2. Ensure that Item check boxes are visible.
3. Assign a tag to an item.
4. Hover your cursor over the item with an assigned tag.
5. Observe that the tag and check box overlap one another.

Requirements

• Ensure the checkbox is on top of the tags

I would also like to add the tag circle and the Uploaded to OneDrive tick should be centre aligned with the check box
