Feature: Add support for navigating through the breadcrumb address bar via keyboard

What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?

Similar to #7086.
When a breadcrumb is selected, the user should be able to navigate to the path by pressing certain keys.
In File Explorer, the user can achieve this by pressing Space or Enter.

@yaira2 I have written an almost usable version, but there's a problem: If a file is selected in the file list, the event will be handled by Views\MainPage.xaml.cs:OnPreviewKeyDown, preventing the address bar's event from being triggered. Could you
please give me some hints on solving this problem?

@qin-shihuang we might be able to add logic to the open item action that checks if the focus is on the file list. We should be able to use FocusManager.GetFocusedElement for this purpose.

Sorry, I've been a bit busy the last few weeks and haven't tried this yet. I'll continue working on this when I have some free time.
