Bug: Flashing Delete button in tags settings

Delete Tags Button in dialogue flashes ( red > light grey > dark grey instead of red > dark grey )
This may affect photosensitive users.

Steps To Reproduce

Click on delete a tag from tag settings in files
hover over delete button in popup dialogue that shows.
