Perfecting my GNOME/Libadwaita-style Titlebar

Does anyone know how to help with this issue?

Unfortunately, I'm not sure, but maybe there is some way to clip site info text behind other widgets. Maybe something with z-index? position: absolute; probably makes this harder, but that's the only way the text can be properly centered...
