can't access about:config

Description

I can't access about:config on the PWA of apps and want to config the gestures on it. AND it doesn't show any setting it i force through console Commands.

Steps to Reproduce

1. just try to open it.
2. Console Command:
3. var x = window.open("about:blank");
   x.eval("window.location='about:config'");
