• Release Management Update
  • Minor Release 5.3.1: Scheduled for Friday, January 30th (following the Derivatives Workgroup).
  • Version 6.14: A release is scheduled for this coming Friday, January 23rd.
  • Major Release 7.0: Targeted for the end of February.
• Kanban Board Review & Discussion
  • Security Lending Qualification: PR is ready; awaiting maintainer approval.
  • Identifier Type for Legal Entities: PR open for Major Release 7; awaiting approval.
  • Asset Type Restructuring: PR created; waiting for workspace upgrade and maintainer review.
  • Uncollateralized Securities: PR ready, but currently facing build failures. Prioritize investigation with the release team.
• Follow-up & Current Progress
  • Legal Documentation/Umbrella Agreements:
    • Moved from "Follow-up" to Approved. Confirmed the GMSLA restriction has been enforced via condition.
  • Debt Economics & Redemption Types:
    • Discussion regarding terminology for "Status of Note" (seniority/subordination). Discuss further offline to align with debt market standards.
  • Advanced Mathematics for Options:
    • Discussion held regarding the scope of embedding mathematical functions within the model. Item remains in Follow-up.
  • Intraday Qualification (4122/4017):
    • Review the use of "Security Settlement" vs. "Transfer" based on feedback from Tokenovate.
• Securities Lending Lifecycle (New Contributions)
  • Recall Provisions: Proposed a new "Recall Provision" under termination provisions. Approved. Initial implementation will use existing transfer/quantity change logic rather than a new atomic instruction.
  • Principal Returns: Proposed adding "Principal Return" to the Transfer Type enum to differentiate borrower-driven returns from lender-driven recalls. Approved.

Action Items

• @Oscar-Twomey investigate and resolve build failures for PRs in the CRWG column
• @Oscar-Twomey remove "Parent/Feature" issues from the Kanban board to display only individual tasks
• @Oscar-Twomey follow up with Hugo regarding FpML synonym mapping
• @lolabeis / @llynhiavu review and approve pending PRs for Securities Lending and Asset Type restructuring
