Defer next Git Proxy meeting (6th April - Easter Monday) to 13th April

As the next Git proxy meeting in our usual cadence will fall on Easter Monday (6th April), which is a UK bank holiday, I propose that we defer it to 13th April.

We can keep the rest of the series, so we would meet again a week later on the 20th April (allowing us to continue scoping discussions planned for the next meeting), and then fortnightly thereafter (seems less disruptive than pushing the whole series back).

@finos/git-proxy-maintainers @finos/git-proxy-contributors Is that ok with you all? Please let me have any objections ASAP and we can try to work out a compromise.
