Metadataproperties to rigorously follow internal model, and added tests for most (all?) combinations of possible metadata output.perspective_headers.htmlexample drives out much of this functionality, and is much closer to perspective parity.examplesandfeaturesdirectories. Hopefully this will address the natural tension between 'flashy' examples and 'simple' feature tests.Fixes #37
