Change Description
Updated build to provide Ubuntu 20 and 22 FIO blockchain compatibility. This change included mostly build script updates including Ubuntu 20 and 22 clang patches, improved dependency use/reuse (local builds of cmake, clang, llvm, and boost). For Ubuntu 22, clang 8 (llvm) is patched to correct glibc and header inclusion. For Ubuntu 22, the FIO blockchain is patched to provide OpenSSL 1.1.0 compatibility only.
