Hey @gornald, thanks for reaching out. To get a better understanding of the error, could you let us know which OS you're using? If you are using Windows, it's possible that you may be encountering this issue #3432. Also, if it exists, could you share the contents of firepit-log.txt?

As an alternative, you could also try downloading firebase-tools via npm https://firebase.google.com/docs/cli#windows-npm
