new paltform = electron, or node.js

I recently posted a new project, electron-firebase, as a Web type platform, but that isn't quite right. It's an electron project that doesn't fit the current platform definitions. It could also be a node.js platform, or PC Client type.
Thanks for considering a new platform type!

@david-asher thanks for the feedback! We don't have a ton of Electron/Node.js client projects on here so not sure that's deserving of its own top-level category but maybe something like "Desktop" would work?
