Description

Updates firebase_storage's Android Gradle configuration to respect android.builtInKotlin=true when deciding whether to apply kotlin-android. The plugin still defaults to the legacy Kotlin Gradle Plugin path for older AGP setups, but no longer forces KGP when built-in Kotlin has been explicitly enabled.
