This PR should update the Live API quickstarts to use the latest Gemini 2.5 Live models instead of Gemini 2.0
At first I tried to programatically check the selected backend and assigned the correct model, but that fails because
GenerativeBackenddoesn't have anequals()function. I opened firebase/firebase-android-sdk#7597 to address this in the SDK.
