Would we allow the minor versions of the language-specific SDKs to diverge again, or would we publish no-op minor version bumps of the unaffected SDKs? We'd begun using minor versions to indicate OpenAPI changes, as a proxy for functionality changes, which seemed to be in the spirit of SemVer; but SemVer isn't exactly holy writ, if there's a practical reason to violate it. |

This probably needs to become a "minor" release instead of a patch release...
