Fixes bug where the 2026 country estimates dataset incorrectly sets the year to 2025. See fjelltopp/unaids_data_specifications#75
Thanks for comment on unaids_data_specification PR. I'm not sure I have access to "adx_deploy", but do we need to update this here too?
