📝 Summary
Currently, the builder p2p feature does not support re-connection logic for static peers inside the
flashblocks.p2p_known_peers. This PR adds the retry logic to attempt to re-establish peer connection during deployment, where static peers' connections might have been lost.✅ I have completed the following steps:
