Create a Board

Add Tasks

Click the plus sign beneath a column to add a task. Type the name of the task and press Enter. You can click on the task later to add details, due dates, or descriptions.

Move Tasks

Click and hold a task card. Drag the card to a new column to update its status. The software saves this move immediately for all team members.

  • Prioritize Often: Move urgent tasks to the top of your list so they stay visible.

  • Refresh: If you suspect you missed an update, press the Refresh button in the top menu.
