Remove development-related files

Remove the development-related files to reduce the Flatpak size.

The installed size reduced from 57.5 MB to 53.4 MB.

why cleanup-commands instead of cleanup?

I couldn't remove them with regular cleanup actions, so I used the cleanup commands instead. You can try too. Since they were inherited from the BaseApp, they were not affected by the cleanup actions.
