Update runtime version from 48 to 50 and more

• Update the runtime version to 50
• Update dependencies to the latest versions
• Improve build commands to reduce the build time
• Improve cleanup commands to reduce the Flatpak size
• Drop ineffective cleanup commands

The installed size was reduced from 30.5 MB to 26.9 MB.

This application relies on an outdated runtime that has been marked as end-of-life (EOL).

Software stores (GNOME Software, KDE Discovery, Bazaar, etc.) usually warn about EOL status and (depending on the software stores) discourage people from using EOL applications.

Please consider updating the runtime to the latest version.
