Artix Linux is a fork (or continuation as a stand-alone project) of the Arch-OpenRC and Manjaro-OpenRC projects [Arch derivations without Systemd]. Instructions for installing Flatpak are as follows:

Install Flatpak
To install Flatpak on Artix Linux, run the following in a terminal:
$ sudo pacman -Sy flatpak

Restart
To complete setup, restart your system. Now all you have to do is install some apps.
Obs: The configuration of the Flathub repository is automatic after installation.
